投稿と写真も削除する
自分が投稿した目撃情報と写真を削除します。目撃情報が残らない猫も削除されます。 他の利用者による目撃情報がある猫は、所有者情報を外した共同記録として残る場合があります。
アプリ内で削除する
アプリへログインできる場合は、アプリ内での削除が最も早く、本人確認も同時に完了します。
- プロフィール画面を開く
- プロフィール・アカウント設定を開く
- アカウントを削除を選ぶ
- 投稿の扱いを選び、削除を確定する
削除が完了すると自動的にログアウトします。削除したアカウントは復元できません。
アプリを利用できない場合
機種変更やアンインストールなどでアプリを利用できない場合は、登録メールアドレスから 削除を申請してください。Googleログインを利用していた場合は、そのGoogleアカウントの メールアドレスからご連絡ください。
メールで削除を申請
メールには次の内容を記載してください。
- 登録したメールアドレス
- ログイン方法（メール／Google）
- 投稿と写真を「すべて削除」または「匿名の共同記録として残す」のどちらにするか
パスワード、確認コード、本人確認書類はメールに記載・添付しないでください。
本人確認後、原則として速やかに対応します。確認や調査が必要な場合は、完了まで最大30日程度 かかることがあります。削除が完了した際はメールでお知らせします。
削除されるデータ
どちらの削除方法を選んでも、次のアカウント関連データは削除されます。
- ログイン用アカウント、登録メールアドレス、プロフィール
- コメント、お気に入り、投票、閲覧履歴などの個人的な活動データ
- 猫や投稿に設定されていた所有者・投稿者との紐付け
投稿と写真を匿名で残す
地域の猫の記録として目撃情報と写真を残します。投稿者との紐付けとメモは削除され、 匿名の共同記録になります。削除後に編集したり、元のアカウントへ戻したりすることはできません。
削除後も保持される場合があるデータ

Delete your Catown Map account
You can delete your Catown Map account and associated personal data from within the app. Open Profile → Profile & account settings → Delete account, choose how to handle your sightings and photos, and confirm the deletion.
If you cannot access the app
Send a deletion request from the email address registered to your account. If you used Google Sign-In, contact us from that Google account. Include your sign-in method and whether you want your sightings and photos deleted or retained as anonymous community records. Send the request to [email protected]. Never send your password or verification code.
What is deleted
Your authentication account, email address, profile, comments, favorites, votes, view history, and links identifying you as an owner or contributor are deleted. If you choose full deletion, your sightings and photos are deleted. If you choose community retention, the sightings and photos remain without your identity or private memo and cannot be restored to you later.
Retention
Deletion-processing records may be retained for up to 90 days to confirm completion and safely retry interrupted operations. Minimal records may also be retained where required for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
